Hi, I’m Jim Plaxco.
I’m a digital artist whose first exposure to computer graphics was in a graduate level computer art course in 1982. You can read my Artist Statement to learn more about my philosophy and methodology. Some of my digital art is on display at my Artsnova web site.
In addition to being a digital artist, I am also a NASA JPL Solar System Ambassador. As a JPL Solar System Ambassador I provide public presentations about planetary missions and planetary science with Mars being my speciality. There is a short bio of me at the JPL web site.
