Birch Forest Refracted is a generative painting I made of a line of birch trees on a summer day. To create this artwork, I used a generative painting program I wrote that combined both the program's own parametric boundaries with my own real time inputs.

A slightly different take on this can be seen in its sister work Birch Forest Summer Sunset created using the same software but with a different parametric structure.
